✔️ How to Use the Web Shop

1. Access the official World War: Machines Conquest Web Shop.

A. World War: Machines Conquest Web Shop [Go to Web Shop]

B. On the Joy Lounge homepage, click [My Info > Web Shop] in the top right corner.

C. On the official World War: Machines Conquest website, click [Web Shop] at the top.

D. On the official World War: Machines Conquest Lounge Home, click [Web Shop].

2. After accessing the Web Shop, please click the [Log In] button at the top right and log in with your game account.

* The official Web Shop can only be used after logging in with the game account you wish to make purchases for.

* You can log in to the Web Shop using the account information linked in-game. 

3. Before making a purchase, please verify the server/character that will receive the item.

4.  After selecting a product, confirm the receiving character and proceed with the payment.

🚨 Web Shop Usage Notes

- When purchasing items from the Web Shop, items will be delivered to the in-game mailbox of the selected character within the account linked to the Web Shop.

- Before making a purchase, please make sure to verify your character and Commander name information.

- If you are logged into the game during your purchase, please fully close the game and reconnect to receive the items properly.

- The free daily gift resets every day at 00:00 (UTC) and can be claimed again afterward.

- Access to the Web Shop may be restricted during maintenance or under certain conditions.

- The list of available items and eligibility to purchase certain products may vary depending on your currently selected main character.

- This guide is subject to change in the future.

- For certain payment methods, additional fees (such as double conversion fees) may occur during currency exchange depending on the payment processor, card issuer, or bank. These fees are charged by the card issuer or bank, not by the Web Shop itself.
