New Partner [Matilda] and Updates (12/22 UTC & 12/21 PST)

Greetings Bosses!
 
We are happy to inform that our update, which many of you Bosses have been waiting for, has officially started. This patch note will go over the update details of the addition of a new Partner and a variety of new improvements.
 
Please check below for more details.
 
[Content Updates]
◈ Black Market War 
- The first [Black Market War] will begin on January 7th at 12:00 UTC/ January 7th at 04:00 PST.
- Bosses can participate in this PVP event, which occurs every 2 weeks, on a Family basis.
- After the Black Market War, the Family members will share the [Tax] collected in the [Government Complex] based on their ranking.
- A [Seamless Map] will be added so that you can check the [War Status] during the Black Market War.
 
◈ New Partner ‘Matilda’ (Legendary/Rider)
- Matilda can be recruited via [Secret Club Deal].
 
◈ Class Change for Partner ‘Jin’: Legendary → Rare
- Jin’s Stats have been adjusted according to his Class change.
- Due to the Class adjustment Jin will be easier to obtain.
 
◈ New Building: [Hospital]
- A number of [Made Men] that die from battle will be injured instead.
- Treatment of injured Made Men will require [Dollar], [Electricity], and [Time].
- [Treatment Boost] items will be added.
- You can fire the hospitalized Made Men.
- The number of injured Made Men will appear on the Task Report and Battle Reports.
 
◈ [Dormitory] Balance Improvement
- The Made Men Capacity in the [Dormitory] will increase.
 
◈ [Resource Dock] Balance Improvement
-  You can obtain double the number of [Resources] produced from the businesses by watching Ads.
 
◈ [Back Alley] Balance Improvement
-  [Dark Coins] can now be used to tier-up [Made Men].
-  A pop-up will appear to confirm once more when you attempt to fire Made Men.
 
◈ [Secret Club] Deal System Adjustment

- The interface where you can deal [Cars] with the [Partners] will be separated.
> [1st Class Deal Ticket] used for 1st Class Deal (Partners/ Cars) will remain the same.
> [2nd Class Deal Ticket] used for 2nd Class Deal (Partners/ Cars) will remain the same.
- A [Free Ticket] is now available for 1st Class Deals as well.
- [Secret Club Deal] balance has been adjusted.
 
◈ Guides for the following content have been added
- B.L.U Raid
- B.L.U Vault
- Business District
- Strike
- Ambush
- Black Market Deal
 
[System Improvements]
◈ Individual attack on [Cartels]
- The number of stamina consumed for Individual Attacks is now 20.
- The number of stamina consumed for the Rally attack changed from 20 → 15.

 
◈ Mission Guide Improvement
- The mission hint has been improved so that it will automatically find unoccupied Business Districts during the Business District Acquisition mission.
 
◈  [Scout] Feature Improvement
- The criteria to be able to [Scout] on Street Gangs will be changed to the target’s battle status. 

>  It will automatically detect Street Gangs that are not in a battle with other players.
-  [Special Secured Facilities] will no longer be detected through the [Facility Scout].
 
◈ Partner Management Screen Improvement
- A red dot will appear on the [Skills] Tab if you have Partners who can be leveled up.
- Cars can be equipped on all tabs in the Partner Management screen.
 
◈ Combat Power Ranking UI will be partially improved
 
◈ Skills and Balance Improvement in Car Fight
- Level-up Stages for your Partners’ [Car Fight Skill] have been added.
- Car Fight [Car Collision DMG] & [Skill DMG] have been adjusted.
- Car Fight [Skill Cooldown Time] has been reduced by 30%.
 
◈ Car Fight System Improvement
- A Round System has been added to [Car Fight].
- The Car Fight clear conditions due to the improvements made to the Car Fight stages, can be found in the lobby UI.
- Car Fight [Pickings Boxes] will be provided as the [First Kill] reward.
- If you promote your [Partners] or [Cars] during a Car Fight and you skip the promotion visual effects, a message will be shown once the Car Fight ends instead. 
- A Skill usage guide for Car Fight Stages (1-1 & 1-2) has been added.

 
◈ Family Building Improvement
- Description text for the functions of constructible buildings has been added.
- The individual demand for [Resources] required for [Family building] construction has been decreased.  

> Target Buildings: [Tower], [Defensive Tower], and [Red Depot] (Dollar, Electricity, and Dark Coin).
- [Family Towers] can be built up to a maximum of 50.
- The size of the Family territory that expands upon building [Family Tower] will change as following:
> 8x8 → 12x12.
 
◈ Family Gift Adjustment
-  Distribution of [Family Gifts] after Rally attacks will be discontinued.
 
◈ Research cost for [Battle] has been significantly decreased
 
◈ New missions have been added to the Family Daily Mission
- Open B.L.U Vault
- Attack B.L.U Branch
 
◈ The Shield removal notification will no longer appear when you attempt to attack while using [Family Shield]
 
◈ Family Festival Adjustment
- Partial UI in [Family Festivals] will be changed.
- The number of [Gems] and [Mission Points] required for the Family Festival [Use Gems] mission have been decreased.
- The minimum number of points required to acquire [Family Festival Reward] has been decreased.

> 500 Points → 300 Points.
- Family-Festival related Green Dot will appear on the Family Button on the main UI.
 
◈ The total number of rewards will be displayed when you obtain rewards from [B.L.U Vault]
 
◈ The placement of B.L.U will be fixed on the field
 
◈ Official social media channels will be accessible from the game
- You can access the Official Social Media Accounts through [Achievement].
- You can access the Official Social Media Accounts through [Settings].
 
◈ Black Market Improvement
- The maximum number of items that can be purchased from the [Black Market] will be set as the smaller number of the [Troop Load Capacity] or [Distribution Hub Storage Capacity].
- Some items’ [Price] and [Weight] in the Black Market have been adjusted.
 
◈ Field Navigation will be hidden when the Field Indicator is opened
 
◈ Increased Base Relocation cost
- The cost for the first Base Relocation will be adjusted as 200 Gold → 1,000 Gold.

◈ Points used for [Car Fight Vanquish] will change
- Changes will be made to require [Operation Points] instead of [Stamina].
 
[Other Changes and Additions]
- [HQ Level Up! Here is the gift!] event, where you can receive rewards based on the growth of your HQ, will begin.
- [7 Day Check-In] Event will begin.
- All purchased items from [Black Market] have been reset.

> The [Dark Coins] used for item purchases will be reimbursed at the average Market Price.
- All [Family Buildings] constructed on the field have been retrieved.
> Excess [Family Building Relocation Points] to recover the buildings will be distributed after the maintenance.
-  [Family Log] and [Family Festival Log] have been reset.
