The overall flow of information content, context, and application improved to better communicate the nature of the policy.

Article 1 (Basic Operation Policy)

-Section 'e' has been modified to encompass users residing outside the Republic of Korea

-Section 'f' has been added to incorporate statements necessary to accommodate laws pertaining to the state in which operational standards apply

Article 2 (Name Policy)

- Addition of new policies that apply to the existing Naming policy

Article 3 (System Error, Bugs, and Illegal Programs)

- Addition of new policies that apply to the existing System policy

Article 4 (Users’ Rights and Obligations)

- Addition of new policies that apply to the existing Rights and Obligations policy

Article 8 (Service Use Prohibition)

- Adjustments made to policies that apply to user Behavior and Guidelines categories

- Adjustments made to user Behavior and Guidelines categories

- Adjustments made to Corrective Action Guidelines

- Addition and modifications of Details categories

- Adjustments made to the order in which categories are presented

- Removal of redundant or repetitive messaging

Article 12 (Protection of Customer Service Personnel)

- Addition of article presenting terms that protect company personnel in a manner that reflects the nature and guidelines apparent in the Terms of Use Agreement
